## Overview

Order confirmations, invoices, shipment notices, password resets: when a customer says an email never arrived, you
need to know what the store actually sent. This module records every email Magento sends successfully and keeps it
in an archive under **Reports › Marketing › Email Archives**. Each entry stores the template, sender, recipient,
subject and send time, and you can open a preview of the message exactly as it went out. A cleanup job removes
entries older than a retention period you choose, so the archive doesn't grow without limit.

## Features

- **Automatic logging:** every successfully sent email is recorded, with no changes to your templates.
- **Choose what to keep:** archive all templates or only the ones you select.
- **Searchable grid:** search by keyword and filter by date, subject, sender, recipient or template.
- **Email preview:** open any archived email in the admin to see what the customer received.
- **Safe mass delete:** remove selected entries, with a confirmation prompt before anything is deleted.
- **Retention cleanup:** emails older than a set number of days (90 by default) are deleted automatically.
- **On/off switch:** turn logging off from the configuration without uninstalling the module.
