Awesoft Software License Agreement

This Agreement ("License") is established by Awesoft to regulate the use and redistribution of its software. It is a binding legal agreement between you (either an individual or an entity) and Awesoft, governing your use of Awesoft's software products, including but not limited to extensions, templates, and associated services.

By purchasing, installing, or utilizing Awesoft products, you confirm that you have reviewed and accept the terms of this License. If you do not agree, you must not install or use Awesoft's products.

This License becomes effective when you acquire the software from Awesoft through any means, such as downloading from our website, receiving via email, or other forms of delivery. Awesoft reserves the right to revise this License and apply those changes at any time.

License Terms

When you purchase an Awesoft product:

• You will gain access to 100% of the source code.
• A License Certificate will be provided, valid until you discontinue using the product or Awesoft terminates this License for non-compliance. Each License Certificate includes a unique serial number, valid for one live Magento instance and unlimited test environments.
• You are permitted to customize the product to suit your specific requirements.

Installation and Use

A separate License is required for every installation of the software. You are prohibited from using any part of the software, in full or in part, in other software, products, or websites. You must retain copyright and proprietary information as provided, including any links or notices at the bottom of the product.

Distribution

You may not share or distribute Awesoft software to third parties, whether for commercial or non-commercial purposes, without prior authorization from Awesoft. Hosting the software on publicly accessible networks for distribution purposes is also forbidden.

Rental or Transfer

You are not allowed to sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or lend the software to any third party.

Compliance with Laws

You must adhere to all relevant laws and regulations regarding the use of Awesoft products. Awesoft software is protected under copyright and intellectual property laws. Any infringement of these rights may result in legal action, including the revocation of your license.

Termination

Awesoft reserves the right to terminate this License if you breach its terms. Upon termination, your right to use the software is revoked, and you must delete all copies in your possession. Continued use of the software after termination may result in legal action, including injunctions, and you may be required to compensate Awesoft for damages and legal costs.

Limitation of Liability

Awesoft is not liable for any losses or damages, including but not limited to lost revenue, business interruptions, or data loss resulting from the use or inability to use its software. Awesoft is also not responsible for any legal consequences arising from misuse of its products.
